Number of Slots & Tickets
The U.S. Delegation is planning up to 500 march slots for 2025. The intention of the U.S. Military Delegation is to accommodate as many marchers as possible. If, in 2025, there are more interested registrants than start tickets available, the U.S. Delegation will have to make the hard decision on which marchers can and can not be accommodated.

Team Notes:
Approximately 22-29 teams will be registered with the U.S. Delegation. Returning teams will be given registration priority.
Teams are placed into two simple groupings for selection and processing.

The team has previously participated in the march.

The team has not previously participated.

After the U.S. Delegation selects a team, the team leader will receive a team registration form.
After receiving the form back, the delegation will send each individual a ticket payment request with instructions.
​General Notes
Marchers, support staff and medics are not considered to have completed registration until final payment has been received. If you are reading this page then you may already have started the process. Payments will be processed early spring 2025.

The U.S. Delegation is bound by the rules and regulations of the 4Daagse board and administration. As a result, the U.S. Delegation wishes to strongly affirm that not meeting registration and payment deadlines may result in non-completion of the registration process. Deadlines apply to all; those marching, volunteer support staff, administrative support staff and medical support staff.
The U.S. Delegation will post Deadlines as the actual dates become available.
Costs
2025 Expectations:
Costs for 2025 have not yet been confirmed with the 4Daagse Foundation. A meeting with all delegations to announce ticket availability and costs usually occurs in early December. The U.S. Delegation estimates an approximate combined cost of €473.16 pp for the march and camp fees.
Extra Costs:
Physical march certificates are not included in the registration fees (digital only). Patches, shirts, and other items will be available at the camp.
Payment Options:
Like previous years, the U.S. delegation plans to process payments in 2025 using the Eventbrite website, targeting early spring 2025.
